Roof & Wall Restoration

Roof Coating and Cleaning in Manchester and Cheshire

Many concrete & clay tiled roofs now have unsightly moss & algae growth. This is caused by the tiles becoming porous after the effects of weather erosion over many years. Now you can have your old or moss infested roof rejuvenated with our low cost four stage renovation process:

1. Clean roof to remove
    algae, moss & grime
2. Replace any broken
    tiles & re-point where
    necessary
3. Apply a fungicidal wash
    to eliminate any
    remaining fungi spores
4. Apply Hydroblock clear
    sealant.

The Hydroblock roof sealant we use is a transparent coating designed to waterproof & preserve roof tiles. The sealant is micro porous meaning fully waterproof but not vapour proof. This importantly means your roof can still "breathe" whilst not allowing water to penetrate & erode your tiles. We also have specialist roof paints available if preferred to a clear solution.

Wall Coating

We also offer an exterior masonry protection cream called ISODRY which is fully breathable & applied to all brick & stone walls. ISODRY leaves a clear finish on the surface which waterproofs your walls thereby keeping dampness out. In addition this service keeps moss & algae away, prevents small cracks appearing & helps to retain heat inside your property. This is because damp walls transfer heat much quicker than dry waterproof walls.

Your property walls can first be treated with a fungicide to sanitise the surface & any pointing can be done where required. When dry we apply the ISODRY masonry protection cream. We give a 10 year guarantee with this application although the lifespan is estimated to be well in excess of 10 years!
